Mixed Martial Arts – Low Impact
Every Friday, we offer a free Mixed Martial Arts Program
All are welcomed to join this class, but it is geared towards individuals looking for limited mobility exercises. The first half of the class begins with stretches and warmups. In the second half of the class, we focus on techniques such as slow-paced Tae Kwan Do.
