WMU offers many opportunities to fulfill the six objectives of WMU that are at the heart of missions education.

Baptist Men on Mission

Mission and a Meal is hosted the last Wednesday of each month.

Baptist Men on Mission (BMEN) are the men of the church taking seriously God’s call to be the husbands, fathers, mentors, and churchmen who He has charged them to be. Being a godly man is the foundation to being part of the Baptist Men on Mission because a godly man will be a godly husband, a godly father, and a godly mentor.

Food Pantry

Requests for the Food Pantry must be called ahead at the church office. Those eligible (1) must be a resident of Bledsoe County and (2) must bring a photo ID with Bledsoe address or proof of residency.

Volunteers are welcomed to help us pack and organize community food boxes.

Clothes Closet

The Clothes Closet is open on the 1st and the 3rd Tuesday each month from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Clothes are free to anyone. Donations can be dropped off during business hours or outside the old Fellowship Hall after hours.

Volunteers are welcomed to come help us clean and organize donations.

Choir

Choir is more than just having a good voice, it is about making a joyful noise! All are welcomed to join our choir! It is also a great way to quickly get involved in church and learn about the many other service opportunities!

Choir practice is held every Wednesday at 5:30 PM.

Children’s Ministry

The children’s ministry is always looking for responsible volunteers to help outreach to the kids in our community. We would love to have more teachers to help with Sunday school rotations as well as being available to teach on Sunday or Wednesday nights. We also get very active during the summer with various camps in June and July! Contact the front office, pastor, or one of our deacons on how to get involved!
